CHRISTMAS CUT-OFF DATES

North Island: Monday 18th December

South Island: Friday 15th December

Our warehouse team will be on a Christmas break from 22nd December and back on 3rd January, so orders received between these dates will go out on 3rd January.

NEW ZEALAND

Shipping is free within New Zealand when you spend over $50.00.

If we receive your order before 8am, we’ll aim to get it on a courier the same day. If it arrives after the morning cut-off, it’ll be dispatched the following day.

• North Island: Your order should arrive the day after it’s picked up from our warehouse.

• South Island: It should reach you within 2-3 days.

• Rural delivery: You can expect your order within 4 days.

Please note that couriers only deliver on weekdays — no weekend deliveries, sorry! If you need a Saturday delivery, get in touch with us at accounts@staygolden.co.nz and we’ll see what we can do.

If we’re out of stock on the flavour you’ve ordered, we’ll let you know and send it as soon as more stock arrives. If you’re eager to get your Golden drinks sooner, we can replace your order with another flavour — they’re all delicious! Just let us know which flavour you’d prefer, and we’ll send it out to you right away.

Our deliveries are sent with a ‘Signature Required’ — this way, we know you’ve received your Golden goodies! However, if you’d prefer your delivery to be left at your place without a signature, just let us know in the comments box at checkout where our courier can leave it.

Please note, we can only deliver to street addresses — no PO Boxes. If you’re in a rural delivery zone, make sure to select the right freight area at checkout. If there’s an issue with your selection, we’ll let you know if there’s any additional payment required for delivery. Easy as!

INTERNATIONAL

We’re happy to send Golden overseas! Drop us a line at accounts@staygolden.co.nz with your request and the delivery destination, and we’ll provide a shipping quote. If you’re happy to go ahead, we’ll send you an invoice in NZ dollars via PayPal, and once it’s paid, we’ll get your order on the road. Golden goes global!
